WHAT IS CIVIL PATROL??

Civil Patrol is a software solution designed to improve communication between local institutions and citizens with the aim of joining forces to make their environment better and more suitable for living. Civil Patrol enables the end users (citizens) to report public utility issues in their environment to the competent institutions and bodies.

Civil Patrol software solution includes a set of mobile applications (Android and iOS) and an administrator web application. It allows citizens to send anonymous reports of issues in their environment, using the mobile application, while monitoring their resolution status. On the other hand, it enables institutions and competent authorities to respond precisely and efficiently to each report as soon as possible, using the web application.

TECHNICAL DETAILS

WEB VERSION

For the purpose of efficient management and processing of reports submitted by citizens, a web application intended for public administration officials has been enabled. The web application enables detailed insight, control and exchange of reports between the competent services and departments within the institutions so that the relevant reports reach the appropriate addresses for further action and resolution.

The mobile version is intended for end users, citizens. Through the mobile application, citizens create and send reports to the competent institutions and bodies, and monitor the status of their resolution. The use of mobile applications is completely anonymous. Supported operating systems are iOS and Android.

MOBILE VERSION

Versions for iOS and Android operating systems are available. Using the mobile version, citizens as end users are able to document an irregularity, damage, misdemeanor or other illegal action and report it to the competent institutions.

The application is completely user-friendly and very easy to use. All reports are anonymous, and for the credibility of reports and compliance with legal frameworks, the content is created exclusively through the application. Users will not hesitate how to use it. The mobile version is an extension of the web version and only if both versions are used adequately will the Civil Patrol function efficiently and correctly.

Why can't I add pictures or videos from my phone's gallery?
For the credibility of the submitted content through the registration of citizens and compliance with the legal framework, the creation of photos and videos with the registration is possible only through the application. Any other form of report is enabled directly via the telephone line or email address of the competent institution or department.
Is reporting anonymous?
The application does not use private data of citizens and registration is not required to submit a report. You simply create a report through the application, fill in all the necessary data and by selecting the report category, you send it directly to the competent department.
How do I know that my report has been considered?
The application allows you to monitor the status of the report where the automatic status changes when the report is in the process of processing, completed or rejected. More details about the implementation process regarding the report can be obtained by inquiring from the competent institution or department, and by the reference number of the report that is in the application with each report separately.
